These are the terms for using ediary. By creating an account, you agree to them.
ediary is a self-help platform built around a guided, day-by-day journaling practice, tied to real calendar dates, accessed through an account you create and pay for once.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when signing up.
Access to the journal requires a one-time payment of $12.99. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles the transaction and any applicable taxes on our behalf. We never see or store your card details directly.
All sales are final. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, we don't offer refunds. If something went genuinely wrong with your purchase — a technical error, a duplicate charge — contact us and we'll sort it out directly.
Once purchased, your access doesn't expire. After you complete all 61 days, you keep read-only access to look back on what you've written, for as long as your account exists.
What you write is yours. ediary's structure, prompts, activities, and design belong to us and shouldn't be copied, redistributed, or resold.
ediary is a self-reflection tool, not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health support. If you're going through something serious, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis service in your area.
Please don't attempt to break, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any part of ediary, or share your account access with people it wasn't purchased for.
We care about keeping ediary running smoothly, and we'll do our best to fix problems quickly when they come up. That said, we can't promise the app will always be perfectly uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for indirect losses that might result from using it.
We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using ediary, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting us.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ediary after a change means you accept the update.
